I’m sorry to say that you should avoid this mappack. The maps are very simple, the gameplay boring and the basic design flawed.
The level joins don’t always work properly and one door wouldn’t open for me, so I had to noclip through.
As regular readers know I respect all authors who build and release something, but some things should be tested privately and improved, some things should never be released – this is one of them.
The author could get lots of useful feedback if he sent it to a few friends, rather than making it available for all to play.
I did like his concrete corridors and with some detail they could be quite interesting.

Simple not worth your time.
Amazingly, astonishingly, awe-inspiringly, awesomely, astoundingly, marvellously, fabulously, fantastically, incredibly, phenomenally, prodigiously, stupendously, unbelievably;
Bad
I kid you not. Read what Phillip says.
If you really want a distressing experience look at the screenshots.
Distressing? Yes, you will pull your hair out.
Do you really want to spend 20 minutes wretching over your keyboard?
If you do start to play, please try and remember where your mouse landed after you threw it out of the window.
Next door neighbour’s dog ate mine.
What possessed the author to release this defeats me.
But wait………………. There’s a highlight, really:
!!! ai disabled !!!
Why are weapons, windows, etc. blinding white in some of the screenshots?
I have no idea, sorry.
Open the developer console. If you do not know how to do that, go to the top of the page and click on Phillip’s How To… Then go to The Developer Console section. Everything you need to know is there.
When done type bulidcubemaps and press Enter or click the Submit button
Wait until the game resumes or the Developer Console reappears.
Play on.
Forgot this.
If you have to reload you might get ai disabled.
In the Developer Console type ai_disable 1 and press enter or click submit.
although I do agree fully with everything that is said by Phillip, Jasper and Amidnarasu above I will not go that far to give these 4 sp-maps a Avoid It recommendation. but more then I Think Twice I can’t make of it. the maps are o so simple, not logical and dull, and, short. it’s clear that these 4 maps are made by a beginner mapper, still, he did leave in a lot of sloppy errors that could easely be fixed. textures that are lined up, or stretched or enhanced. models that stick through walls, etc etc etc. also is there the issue of the Buildcubemap issue, and I can’t imagen that the mapper knows how to add levelchange triggers, use a camera (even when it was so badly done), and then he doesn’t know how to use the buildcubemap command.
it was fun to play for 10 mins. didn’t take longer to play these 4 maps, just to kill some time. but when you’re looking for good maps to play, then leave these alone. like I said before;
Think Twice !!
leon
even if all the stuff regarding design are really poor the gameplay wasn’t, no frustration from this part so you had at least something to shew on…for 10 minutes
a map for the addict gamers that play everything included poor releases
No interest at all, although the first “total dark” map was fun. Suffers from insufficient work, tho.
Save your time for such super great mods such as the recent “human error” and “road to Abyss.”
I with you agree because I not so good mapper it was my first test boxing next mod my it BASE ZOMBIE…
