Snake Assault Simple

for Half-Life 2

30th May 2008

Single Player First Person Shooter Maps and Mods for Half-Life 1, 2 and Episodes 1, 2 and 3

A straightforward map where you objective is to clear the enemies. Plenty of exploding barrels and enough Combine to keep you busy for a while.

This is not a bad map for a first release, it’s very playable, but it suffers from a few basic mistakes; some weapons are not needed and should have been beta tested properly.

Screenshot 7 shows an area you can get too without cheating.

The YouTube video shows a slightly different version, as does the image included in the file.

It’s kinda fun for about 5 minutes.

  2. Maybe?

This was a nice short map.

With the prevalence of so many exploding barrels and canisters in this map, I might finally be on the road to remembering the gravity gun when a grenade is thrown at me.
