FInd your way to an area with a faulty electrical pylon.
If you can manage to get the power on, you can kill everything in or very near the water.
Don’t take too long though!

There’s nothing particularly wrong with this map, it’s just very short and mildly fun to play.
There’s no challenge gameplay-wise and it doesn’t look great – or terrible.
It’s just one of those maps that are made to demonstrate something specific and a basic map is built around that idea.
Might be worth a few minutes of your time while you wait for a YouTube advert to finish.
It’s ok I guess, but really short with no apparent ending. Worth 5 minutes of your time but no more
the actual map is ok… however theres no real story to it…. I played it for 30 minutes but once I reached the junkyard I couldnt discover what to do…… which was a shame since up to then I was actually enjoying the map
most guys ( including myself ) can create basic maps however without a plot or storyline its basically a first person demolition derby. ( random enemys and sporadic gunfights/shooting )
this is what stops me creating maps and mods… and even though ive done some mediocre maps thats all they are (average ) ..
on a positive side you can see time and effort has gone into this map so I congratulate the author on that…..
This was another “dead end map”, and so I didn’t enjoy it that much, it feels ok on that wrecked urban environment, but I think developer would have improved this a lot better if he would have given us some CMB combat and maybe some sniper, or hunter section.
Anyway, this fits for real fans who play everything it runs and shoot.
This mod was a waste of time, plain and simple. At least put “The End!” on the screen so the player isn’t left wandering around for ten minutes trying to find out what they missed.
It starts so silent, so dry, doesn’t manage to set a mood with the bad fog, either. Great job on displacements and you may count the ggun as a puzzle, since William didn’t find it! but nothing more.
As PP said, it’s only a proof of concept. What I wish he would’ve also said is that map has no real end 😀
If there’s no ending, as is the case here, the player should not be inconvenienced by being left twisting in the wind.
Five minutes, tops, of a killing some zombies with no conclusive ending. Well-done enough, for what it is, though.

The gameplay is pretty fun in this map, but it’s really short. You just walk across an area then kill some zombies in a hole in the ground. There’s even another passage but you can’t go past it and there’s nothing through it (I checked by noclipping). It does have a story, as the readme said, “The whole town is a big junkyard. There are zombies you need to stop them. The best way to stop them is to turn on electricity. You can turn it by a simple button. The button is located in the end of a map. You need to press it more times in till theres a beam. Beam will hit the water and make it deadly.” The story kind of makes no sense. The reason I gave it “Play It Now” an not “Play It Later” is because the visuals are awesome, it really gives off a “junkyard town” feeling. I had fun with the four minutes I put into this map and think it’s worth a play.

To be honest, I was actually impressed by this map.
The textures actually have variety, and it feels like you’re in a strange city with zombies.
Enemies are well, zombies. What did you expect?
Overall, the map is great and I would give it a Play It Now, but with the dead-end and the fact that it’s really short (5-7 mins), I decided to give it a Play It Later.
Looks ok. Plays ok.
Though the title is promising, the level design looks bland with textures. You can also break out of the map easily. The combat is very easy with a gravity gun.
It’s a map with some zombies at night… in a junkyard. Play it when you can.
I gave it a play it later mainly because it’s a pretty good map, but it has no ending. It’s also very short. I liked it mainly because I’m a sucker for maps with zombies. The detailing isn’t half-bad to be fair. It’s definitely got the junkyard theme.
For those that are stuck, you need go all the way to the giant hole and press a button more than once.
