Half-Life 2 – The Musical!

About When I was knee-high to a grasshopper I remember watching Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Gene Kelly and many others in what are called Musicals. I loved them, in fact I could probably still watch them now.

Ragdoll Physics – The New Clipart?

About When ragdoll physics were introduced into FPS games, I, like most people, was impressed. However, as time has gone one I have become disillusioned. Surely the force needed to throw bodies around like that would probably rip them apart? Anyway, it seems to me that rag dolls are the new clipart.

GoldSource Barrel Boost – Tricks and Treasures

About Here is a sort of bug in Half-Life, Opposing Force and Blue Shift. By touching or getting very close to the barrel you are given a boost when running. I didn’t know anything about it until Zhouy sent me the video which is embedded below. Here’s The Video Enjoy!

Poll Question 015 – Should anything be taboo in FPS games?

This week’s poll could be very divisive amongst my readers. “Should anything be taboo in FPS games?” The question doesn’t really have to be specifically about FPS games but since that is what PP is all about it only seems natural. Also it is always the FPS genre that is blamed for effecting the teenage population.
