I hate it when two poll questions appear on the site without other posts in between.
A lull in releases is always frustrating but recently things have been pretty bad.
I know I have one or two maps still to post and hundreds to update, but let’s be honest we want “new”, “big” and “beautiful” and those are few and far between.
Loosely inspired by this SteamPowered thread, this poll allows you to enter three answers.
To be honest, I only checked the first post of that thread and haven’t had time to read the replies.
Anyway, please vote and also comment if you feel strongly enough or there isn’t something listed.

Let’s be honest, this year and for a lot of the end of last year, there wasn’t much to play, with regard to mods. I’ve taken the time to work on other projects, but if I were “just” a player I wonder what I would do. When I say just, I mean not having to run websites – no offence meant!

I’ve been trying to get both Jose and Chris online to record an audio interview for weeks. It was impossible, so we agreed on a text one instead. The questions were sent by email, so it may read a little strangely. Enjoy the read – there’s some interesting answers in there.

I was thinking why Imprudent Trek Above the Streets, won my recent RooftopVille mapping competition. Not only did I select it as the winner, most readers did too. There were some very good other entries but this one seemed more focused and polished.

I know it’s only February but I am going to make an effort this year to spend time researching and reading about the details behind the games themselves.
I will use four main source: Combine Overwiki, HalfLife2.net’s forums, The Half-Life Saga Story Guide and Valve’s Raising the bar.

I admit that this is a pretty tough question to choose one area from but I am unable to allow a few choices.
When I first thought of this question I had been thinking of mod music for a particular idea I am working on and it made me realize that some mod music is absolutely fantastic.
