Great interview, thanks for that.
I disagree tho when he says there’s no such thing as being a natural or talented at something and there’s only passion and experience. Best example that comes to mind is Justin Carlton aka sneakyspeckman, I loved all his maps, some entries in the 6×10 competition actually had soul in them. And his previous experience was just an amateurish yet enjoyable map pack. ImHo he’s the most talented mapper out there but lacks the passion to keep on mapping which is really sad after seeing his huge potential.
